FREE Legends for Youth Baseball Clinic sponsored by Extreme Networks, hosted by Downey Unified and powered by MLBPAA!
WHEN: Saturday, July 16, 2022 from 9:00 am – 12 pm
WHERE: Downey High School Baseball Field, 11040 Brookshire Ave., Downey, CA 90241
WHO: Former Major League players will teach Downey Unified students, ages 10-16, the fundamentals of the game.
HOW: Parents/guardians of Downey Unified student(s) between the ages of 10-16 years of age must complete the following online registration. A wet signed “MLBPAA Legends for Youth Clinic Release, Indemnification, and Waiver of Liability Agreement” must be submitted in person on the Clinic day in order to participate. This event will be limited to the first 150 Downey Unified student registrants that meet the age criteria.
DAY OF: Please arrive to the field 25 minutes before the scheduled start time. Students should come dressed in baseball attire, wear sneakers or cleats and bring a glove and water. A bat is optional.
