Donations
TLC exists solely on charitable contributions and foundation grants. Your tax-deductible donation can make a difference in meeting the critical life needs of our students.

What we do
Our goal at TLC Family Resource Center is to create a True Lasting Connection between the city of Downey and the families of Downey Unified School District to ensure healthy and successful futures for all our students.
TLC ensures that each student receives the physical, emotional, and intellectual support they need. We have partnered with numerous agencies, businesses, philanthropic service clubs, religious organizations, and local government dedicated to effectively supporting our students and their families.
All health related services offered at True Lasting Connections are free to uninsured/underinsured students.
