What is the One Card Program?
- The Downey Library One Card Program is a partnership between Downey Unified School District and the Downey City Library. It allows students to use their school ID card as a library card—no separate registration needed!
Who Can Participate?
- All DUSD students (TK–12) are automatically enrolled.
- Parents may opt out by submitting a form to the school.
How Does It Work?
- Student ID = Library Card. Simply present your school ID at the Downey City Library.
- Valid for one school year. If a student graduates or leaves the district, the ID will no longer work as a library card.
