“Since I joined DUSD in May of 2020, our department has transformed with new staff members and positions. We have been focused on getting up to speed on the work already in progress from the Measure O bond program that was passed in November 2014. The main focus of the bond program is completing the modernizations of all four middle schools along with the addition of new classroom buildings, gymnasiums, and other ancillary buildings and spaces.
