Device Protection Plan: How to Enroll and Pay Online

Keep school devices safe with the District’s Device Protection Plan. This coverage helps protect against accidental damage or loss.

Important Details

  • Coverage must be purchased and renewed every school year – $40
  • If you need help with payment, please contact your student’s counselor for assistance.

How to Purchase or Renew Coverage

  1. Log in to https://parentconnection.dusd.net using your PIN and Password.
  2. Select your student’s name.
  3. From the Menu on the left, click Accounts.
  4. View the Student Account Balance and click Online SBA Payments.
  5. On the next screen:
    • Select your student.
    • Choose the item (e.g., Device Protection Plan).
  6. Click Add to Cart.
    • Repeat for additional children if needed.
  7. Click Proceed to Checkout.
  8. Enter Payment, Billing, and Shipping information, then click Pay Now.
