Warren High School Senior artist, Alexandra Arriaga, has earned national recognition after placing second in the 44th Congressional District Art Competition. Her award-winning work earned her a $2,500 scholarship and the honor of having her artwork displayed in Congresswoman Nanette Barragán’s Washington, D.C. office for one year. Alexandra’s achievement reflects her years of dedication to the arts, including her current work in AP Art and multiple courses taken at Warren, and highlights her ability to stand out among talented students across a large and competitive district.

LEAD: Connecting Students to Real Careers and Real Stories
LEAD is a year-long elective designed specifically for seniors, giving them the opportunity to explore careers through real-world conversations with professionals from a variety of industries. This course is perfect for students who are still figuring out what comes after high school, offering them space to ask questions, hear honest stories about success and setbacks, and begin imagining their own future paths. Through an impactful guest speaker series and meaningful discussions, students gain insight, confidence, and a broader view of what is possible beyond graduation.
Cooking Up Careers in our CTE Culinary Arts Pathway
Warren High School’s Culinary Arts Program gives students hands-on training in a professional kitchen and on our very own Warren Food Truck. Our students gain real-world experience through catering events, classroom diners, and mobile food service operations. Plus, they compete in SkillsUSA and ProStart competitions, earn college credit, and prepare for careers as chefs, bakers, or restaurant managers.
