I hope this letter finds you and your family well. As the end of the 2022/2023 academic year has concluded, I would like to take a moment to thank you for completing the year at our district. It has been our pleasure to provide educational support
services during this time, and we hope it has been a positive experience for you as well.
Please be reminded that McKinney-Vento eligibility must be reviewed and reevaluated every school year. Any services that may have been provided under the McKinney-Vento program during the 2022-2023 school year DO NOT
AUTOMATICALLY CARRY OVER to the 2023-2024 school year. The new academic year begins on August 16, 2023. To be considered for services under the McKinney-Vento Act, please be sure to fill out the Housing Questionnaire (HQ) form at the time of enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year. Once that is completed, the school site Program Specialist will contact you to review and determine
eligibility.
