We’re excited to welcome students to Summer at Warren 2026. Please review the important information below to ensure a smooth and successful start.
📅 Schedules Available
Students enrolled in summer school can view their schedules in Parent and Student Connect beginning Monday, June 8. Please log in at that time to review your student’s schedule.
📘 Credit Recovery Classes
- 📆 Program Dates: June 11 – July 16, 2026
- ❌ No Classes: June 19 and July 3, 2026
- 🕗 Daily Hours: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- 🏫 Campus Office Opens: 8:00 AM daily
Attendance is mandatory. Summer courses move at an accelerated pace, covering an entire semester in just a few weeks.
Students who miss more than two class periods may be dropped and may not receive credit.
Please plan vacations, appointments, and other activities outside of the summer schedule whenever possible.
If your student must miss class due to unavoidable circumstances, please email summeratwarren@dusd.net and include:
- Student full name
- Grade level
- Student ID number
🎓 Dual Enrollment
Dual Enrollment courses begin Monday, June 8.
Students should refer to their email for course details, including meeting times and professor contact information.
Important:
- Students in asynchronous courses must log in to Cerritos Canvas on June 8 or risk being dropped
- Students in in-person courses must attend the first day or risk being dropped
Canvas is accessible through the Cerritos College Student Portal. Your enrollment email includes details about:
- Canvas access
- Drop deadlines
- Course dates and times
- Professor contact information
🌱 Incoming 9th Grade Summer Bridge Program
Please note that Summer Bridge is not available to all incoming 9th-grade students.
Enrollment is limited to:
- Multilingual Learners who have been identified and invited
- Students with IEPs participating in the ESY program
Families of eligible students were contacted directly. We are not able to accommodate additional enrollments at this time.
⚠️ Not Enrolled in Summer School?
If your student earned a D or F in a second semester course and is not currently enrolled, they may request placement beginning June 8.
