There’s nothing like Warren vs. Downey week. Around here, it’s more than a game — it’s a shared heartbeat that runs through the streets of our city, through generations of students, families, and alumni who know exactly what it means to represent their school with PRIDE.

When Warren and Downey take the field, the scoreboard becomes secondary to something bigger: legacy, pride, and hometown identity. Alumni return like it’s a holiday. Families fill the stands hours before kickoff. Students wake up early to plan their game-day fits, covered in paint, glitter, and school colors. Whether you’re in THE CAVE or on the other side of the stadium, you feel it — the pulse of a rivalry that defines our community.

This year, some of our Future Bears got their first real taste of this tradition during one of Warren’s most iconic events: Campus Chaos. They didn’t just see the spirit — they lived it. Surrounded by the chants, the music, the roar of THE CAVE, they got a glimpse of what it means to be part of Warren, CA. It wasn’t just an introduction. It was an initiation.

Rivalry week reminds us that Warren pride isn’t something you wear — it’s something you feel. It’s the chants echoing in the quad on the Senior Stage. It’s the flags waving on Friday morning. It’s standing shoulder to shoulder with your friends and classmates knowing you’re part of something bigger than one game.

Win or lose, the Warren vs. Downey rivalry is a celebration of school spirit, unity, and the passion that defines our city. It connects the past, energizes the present, and inspires the future.

And that’s why we say it with pride — today, tomorrow, and always:

We are Warren. GO BEARS.
