Downey’s 12th Annual Día de los Muertos Art Festival is right around the corner! Join the community on Sunday, November 2, 2025, from 11 AM to 8 PM at the Downey Civic Theater (8435 Firestone Blvd, Downey, CA) for a vibrant day filled with art, music, food, and tradition.
We’re inviting all student artists to submit original artwork celebrating Día de los Muertos or Latino culture. Selected pieces will be displayed at the festival, giving students a unique opportunity to share their creativity, honor cultural traditions, and shine in front of the community.
Submissions are due by Tuesday, October 28. Send your artwork to liz.dac2025@gmail.com to be considered.
