Folklorico is a beautiful and traditional art form that celebrates and represents the Latino Culture. Our students initiated a Folklorico Club in the 2023-2024 school year. Considering the great success and interest we had in the club, we decided to request it as a class. This has now become the first Folklorico Class in the history of DUSD. We named our group “Folklorico Herencia” because our students really want to celebrate their heritage.
