We are again partnering with the Los Angeles County Department of Health to hold our sixth vaccination clinic at Griffiths Middle School next Thursday, October 14th, from 3:30pm to 7:30pm.
Any questions, please visit the district’s website, web.dusd.net/news, for additional information. The second dose date for this clinic will be on Thursday, November 4th.
On the day of appointment:
Bring photo ID or proof of age
Minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian
Show proof of appointment through myturn.ca.gov
Required to wait 15 minutes for observation
