Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors are welcome to apply.
The CSF Fall Membership Drive begins Tuesday, August 18th. Applications are available on the DHS website under Academics then the CSF tab. In addition to submitting the completed application, students will need to submit a print copy of their June report card.
Applications are due September 8th, 2026 by 3:45pm.

Did you have a solid report card in June?
- Download an application from the DHS website and complete it in ink.
- Bring the completed application, printed copies of your June 2026 grades with citizenship marks, and the membership fee (3 items total) to your grade-level adviser.
- Applications MUST be turned in by 3:45 PM Tuesday, September 8, 2026.
Membership Fee: $5.00 (cash or check)
Remember! Four semesters of membership after ninth grade qualifies you to graduate with honors!
