We believe in providing a dynamic and inclusive space where students can explore, discover, and refine their artistic abilities while building essential skills that extend beyond the studio and stage.
Stauffer’s Marching Band ready to perform
Musical Programs
Band students at Stauffer Middle School have many wonderful opportunities to explore different types of music and performing experiences.
Students begin their journey in the beginning band class, where students choose their instrument and learn to play and perform.
Advanced Band, Marching Band and Jazz Band are open to 7th and 8th grade students. Each of these groups perform on and off campus at band reviews, parades, concerts, festivals and often get to travel to places like Las Vegas, San Diego and Reno.
Marching Band students receive PE credit and meet after school to perfect their parade band performance. This is the most active band performing group, having won numerous honors over the past 10 years.
The band family welcomes you to join us. Just register for beginning band and we will take it from there!
