Pre-registration is REQUIRED

This form must be completed to attend Tryout #2 on March 20th as designed tryout times will be assigned and shared via email. Anyone who does not pre-register will not be able to participate that day and will be turned away.

Registration will close once we reach 100 players or on Sunday, March 15th, whichever occurs first.

The Downey Unified Sports Academy is a fully funded soccer program designed to support the growth of motivated student-athletes, all during the school day. This innovative program offers a public school alternative to expensive club systems, providing a high-caliber experience without financial barriers.

By completing this form, you are expressing interest in the Downey Unified Sports Academy at Stauffer Middle School for the 2026-2027 school year; it does not mean that your student has made it into the program.
