At Stauffer Middle School, our 8th-grade AVID students in Mr. Dekker’s class are taking the Gallup Strengths Champions assessment! With the support of AnnaBeth Fishman, students are learning to identify and understand their unique strengths at an early age.
By combining AVID strategies with Strengths-based learning, students are developing the skills to collaborate effectively, think critically, and tackle both academic and social challenges with confidence.
