Femineer Program

Femineers, Cal Poly Pomona’s College of Engineering program founded to inspire additional females to pursue STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) in their education and career, thrives at Doty.  

This program empowers 7th and 8th grade female students with opportunities to develop the skills and confidence to become leaders for tomorrow. Through hands-on projects, female engineering staff and student mentors, visits to Cal Poly Pomona, XPrize Young Innovators Program, and Not Impossible Labs, Femineer students learn to create and reach for their DREAMS…
