Happy New Year, Bears!

Happy 2026, Bears! We’re so excited to welcome everyone back to campus and kick off the new year together. We hope Winter Break gave you time to rest, recharge, and come back ready for what’s ahead. With our Seniors stepping into their final semester, hundreds of students earning college credit through dual enrollment, and a calendar full of games, performances, and celebrations, this semester is shaping up to be a great one. Let’s get started!!

LEAD: Connecting Students to Real Careers and Real Stories

LEAD is a year-long elective designed specifically for seniors, giving them the opportunity to explore careers through real-world conversations with professionals from a variety of industries. This course is perfect for students who are still figuring out what comes after high school, offering them space to ask questions, hear honest stories about success and setbacks, and begin imagining their own future paths. Through an impactful guest speaker series and meaningful discussions, students gain insight, confidence, and a broader view of what is possible beyond graduation.

Cooking Up Careers in our CTE Culinary Arts Pathway

Warren High School’s Culinary Arts Program gives students hands-on training in a professional kitchen and on our very own Warren Food Truck. Our students gain real-world experience through catering events, classroom diners, and mobile food service operations. Plus, they compete in SkillsUSA and ProStart competitions, earn college credit, and prepare for careers as chefs, bakers, or restaurant managers. Many graduates continue their education at top culinary schools and universities nationwide – yes, chef!

ESports at Warren: Competing, Learning, and College-Bound

Warren High’s ESports program is doing more than building winning teams. It’s giving students a place to learn, compete, and tap into real opportunities in gaming, tech, and college ESports. From daily practices to playoff runs and scholarships, our players are taking this fast-growing field to the next level. With the DUSD District Championship coming up on Tuesday, December 2 at the Downey Theatre, there’s no better time to see what our teams can do.
