Working as a team may sound easy enough, but it is actually a valuable skill individuals need to work on developing to be successful in their careers.
Communication is the key to successful teamwork. Inside our IB MYP classroom, we worked on developing our communications skills with a fun collaborative project. Six IB MYP students were tasked with creating a drawing together, through communication and kinesthetic skills. The young artists had to help guide ONE marker to complete their task. It was definitely a fun activity for them as they worked on giving and taking directions from one another and seeing the bigger picture together.
