Downey Unified is so excited to have received a JDilla Grant from the Save The Music Foundation which has allowed us to launch our newest CTE Pathway Audio & Music Production at Warren High School. Students kicked off the program with a panel from Wasserman Music and a hands-on workshop with artist Niko Rubio, exploring music production and careers in the industry.

Warren Honors Engineering Pathway: Build, Create, Innovate
At Warren, students in the Honors Engineering Pathway start designing with 3D printers, coding, and even building robots as early as 9th grade. It’s the perfect program for students who love math, STEM, and hands-on projects — with the bonus of honors credit, college credit, and real-world skills.
