Warren’s Band and Color Guard program delivered an outstanding performance at the Bellflower High School Field Tournament, earning 1st Place Band, 1st Place Percussion, and 1st Place Auxiliary (Color Guard). These honors reflect the dedication, talent, and countless hours of rehearsal invested by our student performers throughout the season. Congratulations to the students, Mr. Vizcarra, the instructional team, and the Warren Band Boosters for their commitment to excellence and continued success on the field.

Warren High School is celebrating record-setting results on the 2026 California School Dashboard, with College and Career Readiness reaching 74%, far exceeding the state average of 55%. Fueled by strong academic, CTE, AP, and Dual Enrollment programs, Warren students are graduating with more opportunities and brighter futures. The achievement comes as Governor Gavin Newsom recognized Downey Unified School District for its leadership in student achievement and educational equity.
