New Emergency Pickup Procedures

The process for emergency pickups has been updated. Please take a moment to review this important information.

Summary

In the event of an emergency (earthquake, fire, etc.), IF students will be picked up from our outdoor evacuation area, please note the following:

Step 1

Report to the Main Gate in the front of the building.

Step 2

Present your ID and tell the team the student(s) you are picking up (knowing room numbers makes this process easier).

Step 3

Once ID is verified, proceed to the Reunion Gate to wait for your student(s) (slide for photos of location)

Step 4

Please remain patient and calm as we reunite all students with families in a safe manner!

Please note this process may take some time. We will strive to release all students to their families as quickly as possible, while also keeping
everyone’s safety in mind. We appreciate your partnership in remaining calm and patient during this process.
