We are excited to announce that we have adopted a new form of school-to-home communication across Downey Unified called ParentSquare.
ParentSquare provides a simple and safe way for everyone at school and across the district to connect.
With ParentSquare you’ll be able to:
- Receive all district, school and classroom communication via email, text, or through the app.
- Communicate in your preferred language.
- Comment on school postings to engage with your school community.
- View the school and classroom calendar and RSVP for events.
- Easily sign up to volunteer and/or bring items.
- Securely receive report cards and other important information.
Activate your Account
You should have received an invitation email or text to join ParentSquare in early August. Please click the link in this email to activate your account. It takes less than a minute. Here is an Easy-to-Follow Guide to help create your account. If you did not receive this email on August 5th, please email outreach@dusd.net and our district office will make sure to resend this invitation.
ParentSquare can be used on any device. You can download the free mobile app for iOS (iPhone) or Android or use the desktop version at www.parentsquare.com
