Downey Unified has implemented a 1:1 iPad program for the entire district, but providing students with technology wouldn’t be enough if our teachers weren’t well-versed in the programs and applications. It takes a lot of extra training and innovative thinking to come up with different ways of bringing a lesson to life using technology. Our educators are up for the challenge and continue improving themselves and their classrooms because they know that our kids deserve the best!
