Managing Your Balance

All students are encouraged to prepay for their meals to ensure no lapse in meal benefit. Funds can be paid into your child’s meal account using the following easy methods:

Cash and Check:

You can give payments to the cafeteria supervisor at your child’s school.

Bad Checks: Any checks returned for non-sufficient funds will be assessed a $20.00 NSF fee.


Credit cards, debit cards and electronic checks can be used by signing up for a free account with QParent Connect. QParent Connect provides parents with a safe and convenient way to prepay for student’s meals online. Parents can set up automatic payment plans, view balances and account history, and receive automated notification on balance status.
