Our Thunderbird Culinary students recently had an exciting opportunity to dive into the art of sushi-making. In Japanese culture, sushi is celebrated not only for its exquisite flavors but also for its stunning visual appeal and intricate presentation. This culinary art form demands precision and skill, making each piece a unique creation.
During the hands-on class, our CTE students eagerly crafted their own handmade sushi rolls. They learned the delicate techniques required to roll sushi perfectly, experimenting with various fillings and garnishes to enhance both taste and aesthetics.
