With 78% of seniors meeting A-G requirements, they achieved the&nbsp;<strong>highest college eligibility rate&nbsp;<\/strong>in school history, surpassing last year\u2019s 68.8%. It reflects years of consistent effort and a strong commitment to academic goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/web.dusd.net\/warren\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/75\/2026\/06\/B45A4636-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19549\" srcset=\"https:\/\/web.dusd.net\/warren\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/75\/2026\/06\/B45A4636-980x653.jpg 980w, https:\/\/web.dusd.net\/warren\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/75\/2026\/06\/B45A4636-480x320.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the most emotional and uplifting moments of the evening came as students were asked to stand and be recognized for their accomplishments. One by one, then row by row, more and more students rose to their feet, smiling, laughing, cheering, and looking around to see their peers standing with them:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>328 seniors, 37% of the graduating class, completed a college course through dual enrollment and left Warren High School with college credit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>52% of the class passed one or more AP classes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>617 students, or 69%, took part in AP or dual enrollment coursework<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nearly half of the class completed a two-year CTE pathway in areas like construction, culinary, engineering, game programming, and sports medicine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/web.dusd.net\/warren\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/75\/2026\/06\/Class-of-2026-1024x576.png\" alt=\"Warren High School Graduates Class of 2026\" class=\"wp-image-19546\" srcset=\"https:\/\/web.dusd.net\/warren\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/75\/2026\/06\/Class-of-2026-980x551.png 980w, https:\/\/web.dusd.net\/warren\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/75\/2026\/06\/Class-of-2026-480x270.png 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>And then came one of the most powerful realizations of the night. When we looked at all of these opportunities together, AP, dual enrollment, and CTE pathways, an incredible 88% of the Class of 2026 had participated in at least one College and Career Pathway. Watching that many students standing, side by side, was more than impressive. It was deeply moving. It told the story of a class that showed up, took chances, discovered passions, and prepared themselves for what comes next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moments like these do not happen by accident. They are built over years of guidance, encouragement, and unwavering support. This class\u2019s success is a reflection of the commitment of our teachers, counselors, and staff who have walked alongside them every step of the way. It truly has taken a village, and on this night, you could feel the pride of that entire village all around.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/web.dusd.net\/warren\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/75\/2026\/06\/B45A4660-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19548\" srcset=\"https:\/\/web.dusd.net\/warren\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/75\/2026\/06\/B45A4660-980x653.jpg 980w, https:\/\/web.dusd.net\/warren\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/75\/2026\/06\/B45A4660-480x320.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The ceremony also included a moment that stood out for a different reason. One student, Ryan Chalhoub, was recognized for perfect attendance from kindergarten through senior year, roughly 2,340 days. It is a simple accomplishment on paper, but one that requires a high level of consistency over time. When his name was called, the recognition felt well-earned and he got to celebrate with 10,000 of his closest friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Class of 2026 leaves behind more than numbers and milestones. They leave behind a legacy of resilience, curiosity, effort, and heart.
