While Warren offers many excellent programs to prepare students for college and careers, there was a need for a space where students could slow down, ask questions, and learn from real people with real experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LEAD was designed to expose students to a wide range of careers and pathways to success through direct conversations with professionals from diverse industries. By hearing firsthand stories, the challenges, setbacks, risks, and achievements, students begin to understand that success is not one-size-fits-all. Watching this vision come to life has been one of the most meaningful experiences of the year. Seeing students lean in, ask thoughtful questions, and recognize that their own story is still being written has been incredibly powerful. So far, students have heard from five professionals representing very different industries and career paths. Each guest shared honest insights about their challenges and achievements, giving students a realistic look at what success looks like beyond high school. These conversations have helped students broaden their thinking, ask thoughtful questions, and begin envisioning possibilities for their own futures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"585\" src=\"https:\/\/web.dusd.net\/warren\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/75\/2025\/12\/LEAD3-1024x585.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18907\" srcset=\"https:\/\/web.dusd.net\/warren\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/75\/2025\/12\/LEAD3-1024x585.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/web.dusd.net\/warren\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/75\/2025\/12\/LEAD3-980x560.jpg 980w, https:\/\/web.dusd.net\/warren\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/75\/2025\/12\/LEAD3-480x274.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Looking ahead, LEAD plans to welcome an exciting lineup of guest speakers next semester, including an EVP and Emmy Award\u2013winning executive from Legendary Entertainment, an EVP from HUB International, a Latin Power Player Executive of the Year from Prajin Parlay Records, and a business editor from&nbsp;<em>The National News<\/em>&nbsp;in the Middle East joining via Microsoft Teams. Students may also have the opportunity to hear from a Coordinator of Baseball Contracts and Finance with the Los Angeles Dodgers, a creative professional from Interscope Records, and other industry leaders as schedules allow.
