It is a program that brings students from all four of Downey\u2019s middle schools for a higher level of performance. The students meet five days a week, two hours a day for various focuses, from voice training to dance class to actual rehearsals, culminating in a production for the fall and spring. While the program is free, students must audition with a monologue and song.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Music Theatre Conservatory (MTC) meets at Stauffer from <strong>Monday through Friday, 3:15 to 5:15 p.m<\/strong>. Students who do not attend Stauffer are responsible for transportation to and from campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have a future Downey Unified 6th grader passionate about singing, dancing, and acting, this might be a great program for them.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will host a <strong>Parent Information meeting on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at 5:00 pm at the Stauffer
