attribute<\/strong>, we encourage families to work on this at home&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your child is feeling uneasy about trying something, encourage them to attempt it and then reflect on whether they liked the new activity and how it felt to try something new.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This will help develop skills and build resilience in students when it comes to trying things that can usually make them nervous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This can be done as a weekly goal throughout the month of
