How to Enroll

Please contact the office in person from 9:00 am – 11:00 am, 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
or call (562) 904-3950 

The following items are required for student enrollment:

1. Identification of Enrolling Parent/Guardian
2. Proof of Birth
3. Proof of Residency
4. Immunizations
5. Transfer Papers from the previous school
6. 2nd through 5th grade students need CST scores
7. If part of Special Education the most recent IEP.
