Last year, our teachers voted to revamp the bell schedule, creating a 30-minute flex period on block days specifically designed to support you\u2014our students. This dynamic intervention period is known as Viking+.<\/p>\n
The goal of Viking+ is simple yet powerful: to give you the time and space during the school day to get the help you need or want. Soon, you\u2019ll have the ability to sign yourself up for sessions with any of your teachers, and they\u2019ll be able to invite you to join them if you\u2019re struggling in their classes or need to catch up on work.<\/p>\n
We\u2019re using Enriching Students to sign up for classes and take attendance during these flex periods, just like any other class. The expectations remain high, but the focus is all about supporting YOU.<\/p>\n
Whether you\u2019re an athlete who has to leave early for games or a student who finds science a bit challenging, Viking+ is here to give you the freedom to take control of your education.
