Femineers, <\/span>Cal Poly Pomona\u2019s College of Engineering<\/a><\/span>\u00a0program founded to inspire additional females to pursue STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) in their education and career, thrives at Doty.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This program empowers 7th and 8th grade female students with opportunities to develop the skills and confidence to become leaders for tomorrow. Through hands-on projects, female engineering staff and student mentors, visits to Cal Poly Pomona, XPrize Young Innovators Program, and Not Impossible Labs, Femineer students learn to create and reach for their DREAMS\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n
